Returns and Exchanges
Our cancellation period lasts for 14 days and starts with the day the goods are delivered.
In order to cancel your order you need to inform us about your intention of cancellation.
You may do this by writing us an informal e-mail in which you state clearly that you are cancelling the purchase agreement. Alternatively, you may fill out our cancellation form (>here) and send us the completed form via mail or e-mail. You may also call us.
As a second step, you will need to send us back all the items in impeccable condition within 14 days (starting from the day of the cancellation: no business days, i.e. weekends and holidays included) at your own expense, to the following address:

After receiving the items, we will refund you the purchasing agreement using the originally chosen method of payment. For a refund via money transfer, please include your account information.

Should the items you’ve ordered not fit or please you, you are welcome to exchange them. In this case, please follow our returns procedure as below:
1.) Which articles would you like to return/exchange?
Please fill out the printed returns form (which you should have received with your parcel) and put it to the articles you would like to return.
2.) Please inform us about the return.
The easiest way to do this is via our >Returns notification form.
Alternatively you can sent us an informal E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following details:
- subject header: ‘exchange’
- order number
- your full name
- all items that you wish to exchange including new size/article
- all items that you wish to return
- your bank account details (only if the payment has been made via bank transfer. All PayPal payments will be refunded via PayPal)
3.) You will receive an automated E-mail confirmation for your returns notification.
If you haven’t received any mail please have a look to your Spam-folder. If you still haven’t found anything and you aren’t sure if your notification reached us feel free to contact us.

5.) That’s it!
We will work on your exchange/refund as soon as possible after we received the goods.
The items needs to be in impeccable condition – i.e. complete, unworn, clean, unwashed (of course you may have tried it on once – that’s ok).
Of course you may keep any extra gimmicks which might have been in your parcel (such as snacks, flyer, stickers…).
We will not come up for the costs of the return shipment.
You can choose any parcel service you like. The articles needn’t be returned in the original cardboard box.
In general, we will take care of the shipping charges within Germany for the exchanged items. When ordering from abroad, an additional delivery fee will apply. The exchange items will only be sent out after we received your articles back.
You may take a look at our delivery charges >here. These costs need to be transferred in advance to our bank account or our PayPal account. The items will be shipped only after we’ve received your payment confirmation.
Should you have received damaged items, please send us an e-mail or call us – and, if possible, please send us photos of the defects.
Please note that minor shrinkage of textiles as well as slight deviations in colour are normal and cannot be classified as damage. Intentional design elements (such as open edges, holes or a ‘washed out’ look) also do not constitute grounds for complaint if they are part of the item description in our online shop.
After a short consultation, we will send you a return label with which you can then send us the items at no extra charge. Kindly also let us know, whether you would like a refund or exchange the item(s).
